Usage

USE: for self-limiting condition listed below or as directed by a physician.

DIRECTIONS (adults/children): Dissolve 5 pellets in the mouth 3 times a day until symptoms are relieved or as directed by a physician.

Warnings

WARNINGS: Do not use if pellet-dispenser seal is broken.

Stop use and ask a physician if symptoms persist for more than 3 days or worsen.

If pregnant or breastfeeding, ask a health professional before use.

My toddler son

My toddler son came down with hand foot & mouth and on Monday, his mouth was so sore. He couldnt eat at all. He could barely drink his milk. I purchased the

I purchased the product because I was told Mercurius Solubilis would help my spasmodic dysphonia. Was expecting a lozenge size product. This is smaller than a tic tac (see photo) Would probably have to take a half a bottle (or more) to see any improvement in the dysphonia.

I consistently use

I consistently use 10 pellets daily of this product Mercurius Solubilis along with Arscenium Album. Both are Boiron products. I always run out of Mercurius Sol a couple days before the Arscenium. There are less pellets consistently in the Boiron Mercurius Sol. I thought it was a fluke but this has been true for the past 4 bottles. What's up?

Currently, the option to pre-submit KYC details is not available. You can submit your KYC details once the carrier sends the submission link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Although, If you have purchased from Hebron before & did the KYC, it will be automatically shipped.

What should I do if I submit an incorrect KYC document or if it is rejected?

If you submit an incorrect KYC document or it is rejected, you will likely receive a rejection message through SMS and WhatsApp stating that you can upload the correct document again, contact Aramex Contact Centre, or Live chat with their team or the KYC service desk team (email assistance) to inform them of the mistake and seek their guidance to resubmit the correct document.

How long does it take for customs to verify my KYC documents?

The verification process starts with the customer uploading their KYC documents through the link. Once the documents are uploaded, the KYC team verifies and validates them. If the documents are correct, they are marked “Valid”. The customs clearance process then begins, but it can vary. It typically takes 24 to 48 working hours to verify the documents.
