This product does a great job

I’ve been using this product for almost a month now and I’ll see a big difference in that area. It’s not greasy but goes on smooth and feels great all through the day. It almost feels like it used to be before the happened. It does have a mild older But it’s worth it, considering things. I would wash it off before I decided to have a little bit of fun though.

I like the texture of the balm. You don’t feel too wet with the application. Keeps the area moist and helps with itching

Works great but smells awful!

This product does work really well to prevent any kind of irritation. However, don't smell it in the jar. It smells like urine but once it's absorbed into your skin, the smell quickly goes away. I tested it on my hands first and was very pleased with it and couldn't smell it once absorbed.

This product is great!

I’m 43 and have been dealing with perimenopause symptoms for about a year plus now. I swear out of no where my lady bits dried up like a freaking desert. Not only did it start making sex really uncomfortable, but I also started having daily issues like burning and weird pain. I even began to get bartholin cysts. I started reading and found information about how dryness could be causing all these issues. Found this product via a search and figured I’d give it a try. WOW. What a game changer. It’s not overly greasy or oily. I use a pea size amount and put it on when I wake up and start my day and another after I bathe. It doesn’t make my girl feel wet or goopy. It makes me feel like i should down there and honestly that’s the best I can ask for. No more irritation and discomfort. Love this stuff! Also I didn’t have any burning or weird feelings when applied like some people have stated they had. It just felt immediately soothing and natural.

Which documents are mandatory for KYC verification when shipping to India?

An address proof and an identity proof are mandatory for KYC verification. 

You may choose your proofs from the following list:

If there are any issues with the above documents, you may provide the latest bank account statement, latest electricity bill, hotel booking receipt, employee ID, or valid rent agreement as alternate options.
Which courier companies handle KYC submissions for Indian customs?

Currently, Hebron uses Aramex as their delivery partner, and they will handle KYC submissions for Indian customs.
Can I pre-submit my KYC details to speed up customs clearance?

Currently, the option to pre-submit KYC details is not available. You can submit your KYC details once the carrier sends the submission link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Although, If you have purchased from Hebron before & did the KYC, it will be automatically shipped.
What should I do if I submit an incorrect KYC document or if it is rejected?

If you submit an incorrect KYC document or it is rejected, you will likely receive a rejection message through SMS and WhatsApp stating that you can upload the correct document again, contact Aramex Contact Centre, or Live chat with their team or the KYC service desk team (email assistance) to inform them of the mistake and seek their guidance to resubmit the correct document.
How long does it take for customs to verify my KYC documents?

The verification process starts with the customer uploading their KYC documents through the link. Once the documents are uploaded, the KYC team verifies and validates them. If the documents are correct, they are marked “Valid”. The customs clearance process then begins, but it can vary. It typically takes 24 to 48 working hours to verify the documents.
