I typically do not rave about a product, but being down almost a pound a day since starting this product I had to!!!! I have not had any side effects from the product and have not changed my diet in any way!!! I work a sedentary job and and not very active outside of normal everyday movement but have high hopes with this product and increasing my activity in the coming weeks!!!! Will definitely be purchasing again!

Apparently my family has bad reactions to metformin, which I wasn’t completely aware of before starting this. And since this is the natural form of Metformin it’s not surprising to see that this is giving me crazy side effects too. So after almost 2 months of taking this I’m giving my review.

Great natural appetite suppressant!

I was on Ozempic, which almost worked too well, as it suppressed my appetite very well, but gave me reflux and mild nausea. A physician friend of mine suggested Berberine and it works just as well in terms of appetite suppressant, but with no GI issues that Ozempic gave me.

Currently, Hebron uses Aramex as their delivery partner, and they will handle KYC submissions for Indian customs.
Can I pre-submit my KYC details to speed up customs clearance?

Currently, the option to pre-submit KYC details is not available. You can submit your KYC details once the carrier sends the submission link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Although, If you have purchased from Hebron before & did the KYC, it will be automatically shipped.
What should I do if I submit an incorrect KYC document or if it is rejected?

If you submit an incorrect KYC document or it is rejected, you will likely receive a rejection message through SMS and WhatsApp stating that you can upload the correct document again, contact Aramex Contact Centre, or Live chat with their team or the KYC service desk team (email assistance) to inform them of the mistake and seek their guidance to resubmit the correct document.
How long does it take for customs to verify my KYC documents?

The verification process starts with the customer uploading their KYC documents through the link. Once the documents are uploaded, the KYC team verifies and validates them. If the documents are correct, they are marked “Valid”. The customs clearance process then begins, but it can vary. It typically takes 24 to 48 working hours to verify the documents.
