Shipping Method
All products are shipping from our Illinois,
USA warehouse. We ship all orders by air freight only. We use a handful
of shipping carriers that are very established in the Indian market.
Orders are generally delivered within 10 business days.
All orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty
Paid) All duties and taxes are included in the product cost. We do not charge
duties, taxes or shipping costs separately. You will not be required to pay
anything more once you complete the order.
KYC (Know Your Customer)
The name and shipping address on the order should match the KYC document. India Customs mandates the submission of KYC documentation for customs and import clearance. Import clearance cannot commence until the consignee's KYC documents are submitted. The carrier will contact you via email and/or phone to obtain your KYC. Please provide the KYC documentation within 7 days of this request. If you have provided the KYC documentation to the shipper in the past, you may not be asked to provide it again.
- For Indian citizens: Indian
passport, Aadhar Card, PAN card, or Voter ID. - For foreign nationals residing
in India: Foreign Passport and Visa/PIO card.
