Always choose strain specific probiotics. THIS product lists the specific strain and that makes this go above and beyond other products. My did make a mistake though. I was looking for a different strain of l. reuteri, and my sleepy eyes mixed up the numbers. We use reuteri to make 36 hour long ferment yogurt and this works for that, but it just wasn't the strain I wanted. Lactobacillus reuteri DSM 17648 was identified as a highly specific binding antagonist to H. pylori. I have read that a million times. Personally, we just do not have H. Pylori, which can cause ulcers.

Things like this are hard to come by. After H. pylori treatment, or any antibiotic, your gut biome is really in a damaged state and the more you can return to it, the better.

This has been a good probiotic. It is a specific probiotic to help remove undesirable flora in the stomach and it can help in the process of elimination. It is a capsule that you open and mix in water. It has a mild berry flavor, not super great tasting, but not too bad. It recommends taking/drinking this on an empty stomach. Ive had a hard time consistently taking this because of my schedule and also because of the price I didnt want to take them on a non-empty stomach, just in case theyre not effective when taken that way.

I have been dealing with massive dysbiosis and numerous lower systems in my body for about a year and a half, and Western has not been able to help me and it has been really painful and debilitating. These are excellent as you just open the capsule and sprinkle it in some water. It has a very subtle berry flavor which I really enjoy. I'm very sensitive and can feel things happening in my body, and when I take probiotics I can literally feel the good and negative bacteria battling each other, it's very strange. I have also recently went back to the system and have been taking antibiotics again for assistance, and I'm also taking this to help prevent damage but also to pull out stuff that no longer serves me. I definitely feel these are helping me.
