This combination of well-known nutritional oil provides a unique balance of Omega-3 and Omega-6 Essential Fatty Acids plus Omega-9, a non-essential, but beneficial fatty acid. The Omega-3's, Alpha Linolenic Acid, EPA and DHA, and the Omega-6. GLA, are necessary for the maintenance of cardiovascular, nervous system and skin health.  Oleic Acid, an Omega-9, has also been shown to promote a healthy vascular system.*

Easy supplement

I am taking this supplement once a day for iron deficiency. My ferritin level was 16 on August 6th so I am hoping that using this once a day will help. I received the 90 day supply which came sealed with cotton inside the jar. So far the supplements are easy to take. I like that the supplement includes B12 and folic acid which I was told are beneficial to women that are currently menstruating or on birth control. The taste is disgusting but I like that I can take them on an empty stomach or with a meal. The first two weeks I experienced a mild migraine and a sensation in my left hand but it seems to fade over time. I have experience an immediate rise in my energy levels but will need to see the actual results in 30 days. Def a must try!

Have never written a review before but these do work!!
