Nordic Naturals ProEFA-3.6.9

This is a quality product for a decent price! The ratios of 3,6, and 9 are what I was looking for. This is said to be an essential support to adhd tendencies, according to several websites. To have it available on Prime is beyond convenient.

I thought it was supposed to Not have that fishy taste or smell It does smell fishy .

Size of capsule is a bit large.

My son was 3 when we started him on these almost 7 months ago. We had tried speech therapy for a few weeks and hated it. Felt like we could do so much more at home, with me being a SAHM. I had heard that oils were a gimmick when it came to speech delays. However, in researching, I just couldn't get past all of the success stories I kept hearing regarding certain oils for speech. We decided to just give it a shot. I noticed a huge improvement within 10 days. Fast forward 6.5 months, and I am amazed at how well these have worked. My (now 4 year old) son takes 4 of these a day, along with a liquid vitamin D supplement to help with absorption. I cut them open and add them to about 4oz orange juice every morning, along with the vitamin E. It's the only time I allow him to have juice, so he is always excited about it. His speech has improved dramatically, and his articulation has made a lot of improvement as well. And it's been less than 7 months. I can't wait to see where he is in 6 more months or a year or two years. My advice, is to just give it a shot. Buy a small bottle and try it out. You will know in the first 10 days if it's going to help or not. We started with one pill, and every few days bumped it up until we got to 4. I haven't tried doing more than that, but he seems to still be making great improvement with this dose, so we'll probably keep it here. I hope they always make this. I never want to be without it. I bought two of the big bottles, and order again once I empty one, so I never have to worry about running out. I don't know how long we'll continue this, but I can't say enough good things. If you're on the fence, give it a try! Truly I am so relieved to have found something that works. Even if others say oils don't work. I'm not sure where that came from. But let me tell you, I know these work! Maybe not for every kid, but I think they would work for a lot of kids. Good luck!
