I've been using this product for a couple of years now and I have to say I'm very satisfied. Before this product, I was forced to use a washcloth with soap and water anytime I felt like I needed to be clean and fresh. While these wipes do not replace proper cleaning, it does keep you clean throughout the day whether it's the time of the month, body fluids cleaning itself out, or after using the toilet. I also like the subtle scent that keeps you smelling fresh down there. In addition, I have sensitive skin and have not experienced any breakouts. However, one time I used more than 2 wipes, and it slightly irritated my skin. My advice is to not use more than 2 at a time. Although these wipes are designed for intimate care, you can also use them to wipe your face or hands. I've used these wipes on kids' faces and hands when baby wipes weren't available and their skin was just fine. What's also great about this product is the individual packaging as you can use it on the go and keep it anywhere. I've received a couple of dry ones in the past, but that's not too bad, considering I always order the six-pack. Get these wipes. They're a lifesaver!

An address proof and an identity proof are mandatory for KYC verification. 

You may choose your proofs from the following list:

  • Aadhaar Card
  • PAN Card
  • Driving License
  • Voter ID
  • Valid Passport

If there are any issues with the above documents, you may provide the latest bank account statement, latest electricity bill, hotel booking receipt, employee ID, or valid rent agreement as alternate options.
Which courier companies handle KYC submissions for Indian customs?

Currently, Hebron uses Aramex as their delivery partner, and they will handle KYC submissions for Indian customs.
Can I pre-submit my KYC details to speed up customs clearance?

Currently, the option to pre-submit KYC details is not available. You can submit your KYC details once the carrier sends the submission link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Although, If you have purchased from Hebron before & did the KYC, it will be automatically shipped.
What should I do if I submit an incorrect KYC document or if it is rejected?

If you submit an incorrect KYC document or it is rejected, you will likely receive a rejection message through SMS and WhatsApp stating that you can upload the correct document again, contact Aramex Contact Centre, or Live chat with their team or the KYC service desk team (email assistance) to inform them of the mistake and seek their guidance to resubmit the correct document.
How long does it take for customs to verify my KYC documents?

The verification process starts with the customer uploading their KYC documents through the link. Once the documents are uploaded, the KYC team verifies and validates them. If the documents are correct, they are marked “Valid”. The customs clearance process then begins, but it can vary. It typically takes 24 to 48 working hours to verify the documents.
