Details: Butyrate is a short chain fatty acid (SCFA) that has been combined with calcium and magnesium. It is made in the lower colon by bacteria and taken up by the colonocytes, the cells that line the colon. It then becomes an important food for those cells. Lacking good bacteria in our colon, such as when we take antibiotics, can lead to an insufficient supply of butyrate. Horrible

I ordered this with high hopes. But when I opened the bottle, it smelled really strongly of chemicals. Like somebody had dowsed the pills in pesticides. I would think that the company would be willing to replace defective products. I wasn’t going to leave a negative review. But it appears that the company refuses returns, even when their product is defective. So yeah, 1 star review. Wish it could be -1. Because they basically just stole my money.

Not if you are sensitive to magnesium or calcium.

I didn't realize it before, but I am sensitive to magnesium. If I take over 50 mg of any magnesium supplement, it makes me sleepy for 24 hours. That won't work for me. This company also makes a sodium butyrate form, so I'm trying that one. However, I have high blood pressure and the amount of sodium in this form worries me. Hard to believe that much extra sodium won't raise my blood pressure. I must say that butyrate does seem to help with irritable bowel problems,

Opened new bottle and all pills are coated with powder. Several capsules inside are broken and the powder is all over. I started a subscription of these since the past order was not like this and there’s no option of returning this now.

Currently, Hebron uses Aramex as their delivery partner, and they will handle KYC submissions for Indian customs.
Can I pre-submit my KYC details to speed up customs clearance?

Currently, the option to pre-submit KYC details is not available. You can submit your KYC details once the carrier sends the submission link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Although, If you have purchased from Hebron before & did the KYC, it will be automatically shipped.
What should I do if I submit an incorrect KYC document or if it is rejected?

If you submit an incorrect KYC document or it is rejected, you will likely receive a rejection message through SMS and WhatsApp stating that you can upload the correct document again, contact Aramex Contact Centre, or Live chat with their team or the KYC service desk team (email assistance) to inform them of the mistake and seek their guidance to resubmit the correct document.
How long does it take for customs to verify my KYC documents?

The verification process starts with the customer uploading their KYC documents through the link. Once the documents are uploaded, the KYC team verifies and validates them. If the documents are correct, they are marked “Valid”. The customs clearance process then begins, but it can vary. It typically takes 24 to 48 working hours to verify the documents.
