This product is highly effective. Don't be put off by price as a little goes a long way. You'll be amazed how it smooth and poreless your complexion looks after just a few applications. You will not regret this purchase.

Works but pump is tricky

This skin care product delivers results. I stopped using it for about 6 months because of the price, but when I started using it again within about a month I had people complimenting my skin. However the pump is tricky. Invariably if you try to just pump a fresh bottle, one side won’t come out. You need to cover the holes with a finger and then give several small pumps. This will prime the pump and always resolves the issue for me, although on occasion I’ve had to repeat the process. Then before each use, tap the top of the bottle (with cap on!) against your palm a few times. I really wish they would somehow just fix this, as everyone seems to have the same issue and it’s been going on for years. But the product is well worth the cost and hassle of getting the pump going. Note, if you have sensitive skin like mine, you may not be able to use it every night. I use it every other night and my skin is able to tolerate it pretty well.

Which documents are mandatory for KYC verification when shipping to India?

An address proof and an identity proof are mandatory for KYC verification. 

You may choose your proofs from the following list:

  • Aadhaar Card
  • PAN Card
  • Driving License
  • Voter ID
  • Valid Passport

If there are any issues with the above documents, you may provide the latest bank account statement, latest electricity bill, hotel booking receipt, employee ID, or valid rent agreement as alternate options.
Which courier companies handle KYC submissions for Indian customs?

Currently, Hebron uses Aramex as their delivery partner, and they will handle KYC submissions for Indian customs.
Can I pre-submit my KYC details to speed up customs clearance?

Currently, the option to pre-submit KYC details is not available. You can submit your KYC details once the carrier sends the submission link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Although, If you have purchased from Hebron before & did the KYC, it will be automatically shipped.
What should I do if I submit an incorrect KYC document or if it is rejected?

If you submit an incorrect KYC document or it is rejected, you will likely receive a rejection message through SMS and WhatsApp stating that you can upload the correct document again, contact Aramex Contact Centre, or Live chat with their team or the KYC service desk team (email assistance) to inform them of the mistake and seek their guidance to resubmit the correct document.
How long does it take for customs to verify my KYC documents?

The verification process starts with the customer uploading their KYC documents through the link. Once the documents are uploaded, the KYC team verifies and validates them. If the documents are correct, they are marked “Valid”. The customs clearance process then begins, but it can vary. It typically takes 24 to 48 working hours to verify the documents.
