Separated but an easy fix…

I saw the comment instructing on soaking the tube in warm water. I soaked my tube and hot water and it combined the solution and it was perfect. I didn’t have to repeat it at all. It’s been combined since.

Normally Good But Bad Shipment

I do love this product. However, this one arrived separated.

Good For Dry Skin!

This product is for those with dry, damaged skin that’s looking to repair it just prevent. It did as most reviews mention, separate when I opened it. The placing in warm/hot water trick did work and I only did it once and the product was not watery again. I use this as my last layer of skincare at night because I have a damaged skin barrier. It acts like a thick protective layer to heal broken and damaged skin. It’s great for my sensitive skin and the bottle lasted a month with using twice daily.

Product came separated two times

I really, really wanted to like this product. The first time I ordered it the product was separated in the tube and I tried shaking/squishing/rolling the tube to get the cream to come together but it wouldn't. So I returned the first one and ordered a replacement because I figured that the second one would likely be okay, but I was wrong and had the exact same issue where it was separated into a watery substance and then the cream but couldn't get them to combine even when I squeezed the whole tube into a bowl and tried to stir them together. Not worth the money or time to order this product.

Not recommended

I use this product around 6 years for my scar or my burning skin .but this product was completely different from the product that i used to buy .When I opened the tube, immediately water flowed out of the container.I don’t know why ?is this product real or fake?but the only thing that I know is that the quality and the product is not same with the previous product that I bought.
