Alternative to Retinol - sensitive skin approved

I had a hydrafacial and my esthetician recommended this brand. I have super sensitive skin so I can’t use retinol or else it peels. I use my toner first then this and then a moisturizer at night. This is really good for calming breakouts too. I would recommended the “lite” first then upgrade to stronger strength

I think it works? I got this because I can use it while nursing. I think it’s helping?? But definitely not just miraculous results.

Pump

Love the product, but the pump stopped working after about a week of using the product. I thought I would just screw the cap pump cap off and continue using the product by hand squeezing it out but no. No way to open cap to get to product. And because it’s such a hassle to return the product and wait I decided to cut the tube and squeeze out the cream into a container and use it that way. What a hassle. I suggest you rethink packaging.

New pump package doesn't work well and you get less product at a higher cost

I've used this for years and when I last reordered it came in new packaging that is a tube with a pump. The pump doesn't always work and it can be frustrating. Also - you get much less of the actual product at a higher price.

An address proof and an identity proof are mandatory for KYC verification. 

You may choose your proofs from the following list:

If there are any issues with the above documents, you may provide the latest bank account statement, latest electricity bill, hotel booking receipt, employee ID, or valid rent agreement as alternate options.
Which courier companies handle KYC submissions for Indian customs?

Currently, Hebron uses Aramex as their delivery partner, and they will handle KYC submissions for Indian customs.
Can I pre-submit my KYC details to speed up customs clearance?

Currently, the option to pre-submit KYC details is not available. You can submit your KYC details once the carrier sends the submission link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Although, If you have purchased from Hebron before & did the KYC, it will be automatically shipped.
What should I do if I submit an incorrect KYC document or if it is rejected?

If you submit an incorrect KYC document or it is rejected, you will likely receive a rejection message through SMS and WhatsApp stating that you can upload the correct document again, contact Aramex Contact Centre, or Live chat with their team or the KYC service desk team (email assistance) to inform them of the mistake and seek their guidance to resubmit the correct document.
How long does it take for customs to verify my KYC documents?

The verification process starts with the customer uploading their KYC documents through the link. Once the documents are uploaded, the KYC team verifies and validates them. If the documents are correct, they are marked “Valid”. The customs clearance process then begins, but it can vary. It typically takes 24 to 48 working hours to verify the documents.
