All inclusive supplement

Due to a medical condition, I need to take a multivitamin that provides sufficient levels of several items. This one is the only one I could find with everything the doctor ordered.

Good Product-bad seller

I regularly order Integrative Therapeutics Clinical Nutrients HP every couple of months. In the last delivery I received a totally different product; Active B-Complex. Then I learned it was nonreturnable to Amazon, need to contact the seller. But the seller is 'Pattern', a company that distributes other companies' products through Amazon and there is no way to contact them as a customer. They only reply to businesses that want to deal through them. Very sad that Integrative Therapeutics sells products in this manner.

Good, affordable multivitamin

I gave up on multivitamins for awhile because good ones were so expensive. But after the back to school sicknesses I realized I needed to start back up. These are just 1 capsule 1-2x per day— not multiple pills and they’re affordable. I feel so much better since starting these.. my energy and mood are more stable and my immune system seems to be a lot stronger.

Misleading

I never noticed this was non refundable. I read on the bottle not to take if you take blood thinners. Now I see that when I can’t return it.

An address proof and an identity proof are mandatory for KYC verification. 

You may choose your proofs from the following list:

If there are any issues with the above documents, you may provide the latest bank account statement, latest electricity bill, hotel booking receipt, employee ID, or valid rent agreement as alternate options.
Which courier companies handle KYC submissions for Indian customs?

Currently, Hebron uses Aramex as their delivery partner, and they will handle KYC submissions for Indian customs.
Can I pre-submit my KYC details to speed up customs clearance?

Currently, the option to pre-submit KYC details is not available. You can submit your KYC details once the carrier sends the submission link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Although, If you have purchased from Hebron before & did the KYC, it will be automatically shipped.
What should I do if I submit an incorrect KYC document or if it is rejected?

If you submit an incorrect KYC document or it is rejected, you will likely receive a rejection message through SMS and WhatsApp stating that you can upload the correct document again, contact Aramex Contact Centre, or Live chat with their team or the KYC service desk team (email assistance) to inform them of the mistake and seek their guidance to resubmit the correct document.
How long does it take for customs to verify my KYC documents?

The verification process starts with the customer uploading their KYC documents through the link. Once the documents are uploaded, the KYC team verifies and validates them. If the documents are correct, they are marked “Valid”. The customs clearance process then begins, but it can vary. It typically takes 24 to 48 working hours to verify the documents.
