Love this brow pencil!

I have been using this pencil for years and years! And I absolutely love it! It goes on smoothly, stays in place all day and only smudges if u really rub it! I use the esspresso color, I feel like they tend to be a little lighter than the color on the add, but it's all about trial and error lol

Nice formula bad color

The "Ash blonde" color is not ashy blonde but overall the product is nice and easy to apply. It doesn't rub off and you don't have to scratch it on, it's smooth to apply. I will try another color because the "Ash blonde" is too red/brown. Round out after ordering my friend who is a natural red head uses this color lol.

Very natural looking

I’ve been using the NYX brow pencil for several years and I love it. It looks very natural. I mostly use it to fill in bare spots on my brows and the taupe color is a perfect match for me.

Great! Even on oily Asian skin!

I’ve been using this for years now and I’ve gone through different colors to go with my changing hair color and brow styles. I have oily Asian skin so no matter how waterproof or smudge proof a product is, it’ll eventually smudge if touched in such a way but it would take some serious wiping to accidentally remove the product from my brow. For the price, I’m satisfied with it.

Which documents are mandatory for KYC verification when shipping to India?

An address proof and an identity proof are mandatory for KYC verification. 

You may choose your proofs from the following list:

  • Aadhaar Card
  • PAN Card
  • Driving License
  • Voter ID
  • Valid Passport

If there are any issues with the above documents, you may provide the latest bank account statement, latest electricity bill, hotel booking receipt, employee ID, or valid rent agreement as alternate options.
Which courier companies handle KYC submissions for Indian customs?

Currently, Hebron uses Aramex as their delivery partner, and they will handle KYC submissions for Indian customs.
Can I pre-submit my KYC details to speed up customs clearance?

Currently, the option to pre-submit KYC details is not available. You can submit your KYC details once the carrier sends the submission link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Although, If you have purchased from Hebron before & did the KYC, it will be automatically shipped.
What should I do if I submit an incorrect KYC document or if it is rejected?

If you submit an incorrect KYC document or it is rejected, you will likely receive a rejection message through SMS and WhatsApp stating that you can upload the correct document again, contact Aramex Contact Centre, or Live chat with their team or the KYC service desk team (email assistance) to inform them of the mistake and seek their guidance to resubmit the correct document.
How long does it take for customs to verify my KYC documents?

The verification process starts with the customer uploading their KYC documents through the link. Once the documents are uploaded, the KYC team verifies and validates them. If the documents are correct, they are marked “Valid”. The customs clearance process then begins, but it can vary. It typically takes 24 to 48 working hours to verify the documents.
