KYC (Know Your Customer) 

The  name and shipping address on the order should match the KYC document. India Customs mandates the submission of KYC documentation for customs and import clearance. Please provide the KYC documentation within 7 days of this request. If you have provided the KYC documentation to the shipper in the past, you may not be asked to provide it again.
