I was taking vit d3 gummies due to labs showing it was low. My Dr. Recommended I get Vit D3 vegetable capsules and these are the only ones I could find. They brought my Vit D3 level back up. I will also add that I take 2 of these capsules at a time for 10,000 iu.

I usually purchase Solgar products for all my supplemental needs. I have found this company very reliable and for decades have never had a problem with them or their products. Althought this bottle says 5,000 IU, I now use the 1,000 IU dose is enough to supply the minimum 800 IU minimum recommended amount.

Have your physician check your D level. My D level was critically low, after taking D3 for over a year, my D level is normal. I take 5000 IU. Daily. Price is better than at the nutrition/organic merchandise store. As I take multiple vitamins, quality and price is important. There is no flavor to speak off.

Currently, Hebron uses Aramex as their delivery partner, and they will handle KYC submissions for Indian customs.
Can I pre-submit my KYC details to speed up customs clearance?

Currently, the option to pre-submit KYC details is not available. You can submit your KYC details once the carrier sends the submission link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Although, If you have purchased from Hebron before & did the KYC, it will be automatically shipped.
What should I do if I submit an incorrect KYC document or if it is rejected?

If you submit an incorrect KYC document or it is rejected, you will likely receive a rejection message through SMS and WhatsApp stating that you can upload the correct document again, contact Aramex Contact Centre, or Live chat with their team or the KYC service desk team (email assistance) to inform them of the mistake and seek their guidance to resubmit the correct document.
How long does it take for customs to verify my KYC documents?

The verification process starts with the customer uploading their KYC documents through the link. Once the documents are uploaded, the KYC team verifies and validates them.
