Great multi, awful taste.

Honestly the only downside is the taste to these. These are the worst tasting vitamins I’ve ever had, I have to plug my nose and chug something flavorful to keep myself from gagging. Aside from that it’s a great product.

Buy an extra bottle before you set up subscription

It’s a great multi-vitamin. I used them for years, and signed back up again EXACTLY one month ago. First bottle of vitamins went well. Amazon delivers one bottle per 30 days… which would be great if my (recurring) order hadn’t been delayed in shipping. No vitamins for me until the new bottle/package shows up. Buy an extra bottle up front, or maybe Thorne will set up their first repeat delivery for 25 days (and then 30 days there after). That way USPS can screw up their delivery a day or two at a time for months before we run out of vitamins.

Which documents are mandatory for KYC verification when shipping to India?

An address proof and an identity proof are mandatory for KYC verification. 

You may choose your proofs from the following list:

  • Aadhaar Card
  • PAN Card
  • Driving License
  • Voter ID
  • Valid Passport

If there are any issues with the above documents, you may provide the latest bank account statement, latest electricity bill, hotel booking receipt, employee ID, or valid rent agreement as alternate options.
Which courier companies handle KYC submissions for Indian customs?

Currently, Hebron uses Aramex as their delivery partner, and they will handle KYC submissions for Indian customs.
Can I pre-submit my KYC details to speed up customs clearance?

Currently, the option to pre-submit KYC details is not available. You can submit your KYC details once the carrier sends the submission link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Although, If you have purchased from Hebron before & did the KYC, it will be automatically shipped.
What should I do if I submit an incorrect KYC document or if it is rejected?

If you submit an incorrect KYC document or it is rejected, you will likely receive a rejection message through SMS and WhatsApp stating that you can upload the correct document again, contact Aramex Contact Centre, or Live chat with their team or the KYC service desk team (email assistance) to inform them of the mistake and seek their guidance to resubmit the correct document.
How long does it take for customs to verify my KYC documents?

The verification process starts with the customer uploading their KYC documents through the link. Once the documents are uploaded, the KYC team verifies and validates them. If the documents are correct, they are marked “Valid”. The customs clearance process then begins, but it can vary. It typically takes 24 to 48 working hours to verify the documents.
