Best Collagen

I have used several collagen products. This one is so far the best one! It resolves easily in hot coffee. Has no flavor so its great in my morning Joe! My knee issues seem better since using.

Joint pain almost gone!

I can't believe how much this has helped me. I thought I had RA because my joints hurt so much. Towards the end of my 1st tub I noticed a huge difference in my pain. I'm a bariatric patient and the added protein is an added bonus. I've had a couple of doctors, a nutritionist and my hair dresser recommend Collagen powder. I'm so happy I finally pulled the trigger on this because it made a huge difference. I'm on tub #2 but haven't seen a difference in my hair, Skin or nails yet. The relief in joint pain is enough for me. I put 2 scoops in my coffee every day. It's tasteless but make it dissolves best with hot liquids IMO. You gotta try this if you have joint pain. Worth every penny!

Pretty good

Its not a great taste when dissolved in just water, but some tea will mask it enough, and I dont taste it at all in my coffee. Ive been taking this for a week and a half - and maybe its all in my head - but my skin looks and feels better. Plumper maybe? Definitely better. Ill absolutely keep ordering. Editing review because I saw some people say this helped their sleep and I must say I have been getting AMAZING sleep. I just didnt know this could have anything to do with it. I fall asleep fast and stay asleep.

Best collagen on market

I have tried numerous collagen supplements and have returned to this brand each time. It is by far the best on the market. I use it in my morning shakes everyday. It has no flavor, dissolves the best and mixes very well. There are cheaper brands on the market but in my experience, they do not compare and I do not get the results I received with this brand. My nails and hair have improved plus my skin looks much better. Soreness in my back and legs has improved also. For reference, I am 50yo and work in the medical field.

Can I pre-submit my KYC details to speed up customs clearance?

Currently, the option to pre-submit KYC details is not available. You can submit your KYC details once the carrier sends the submission link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Although, If you have purchased from Hebron before & did the KYC, it will be automatically shipped.
What should I do if I submit an incorrect KYC document or if it is rejected?

If you submit an incorrect KYC document or it is rejected, you will likely receive a rejection message through SMS and WhatsApp stating that you can upload the correct document again, contact Aramex Contact Centre, or Live chat with their team or the KYC service desk team (email assistance) to inform them of the mistake and seek their guidance to resubmit the correct document.
How long does it take for customs to verify my KYC documents?

The verification process starts with the customer uploading their KYC documents through the link. Once the documents are uploaded, the KYC team verifies and validates them. If the documents are correct, they are marked “Valid”. The customs clearance process then begins, but it can vary. It typically takes 24 to 48 working hours to verify the documents.
