MTHFR Gene Mutation

This vitamin is great for my MTHFR Gene mutation. It gives me tons of energy that I normally dont have. Ive tried stopping using it a couple times and my fatigue just comes right back this is perfect if you have the gene mutation.

All day energy

I was very skeptical. I have spent 1000s of dollars on supplements & vitamins like this that did not help me at all. This I noticed it working from the very first pill. Dont take at night unless u want to be up all night lol like I did the first night. I took as soon as it arrived 6pm to be sure it wasnt gonna make me sick. And it did not! Usually Id crash by 1 in the afternoon but with this I feel great all day. No crashing. Ive only been taking it for 3 days so Ill update this in a month. But I cant say enough about it so far. Just give it a try. This is a must. Im a 45 yr old female going through pre menopause and omg Im over it lol. I also have breast implant Illness and Im waiting to have them removed. These help A LOT. No more fatigue, no most feeling exhausted 1/2 way through my day, I feel like Im finally starting to balance my system back to where it should be. I literally use to feel like I was 60 not 45. I cant wait to see how Im doing in the weeks to come. And I dont typically leave reviews unless something WOWS me. And this has done just that

It works

Within a few months of taking Life Extension's Homocystein Resist and TMG, my homocystein level dropped from a 13 to a 9. Three months later it dropped to an 8.6, and I'm very happy about that. My head feels cool and clearer. My daily energy level is higher too. I used to be on a highly rated similar supplement that combined TMG with all B vitamins and such, but it did not lower my homocystein level after a year.
